Your health means your fitness, your work efficiency.
Actually fitness is directly related with your mental and physical fitness. Mentally satisfaction or mentally fitness is always depends upon your physical fitness. Physical fitness is used in two closed meaning simple fitness and specific fitness. Physical fitness is the capacity of whole body, muscles and their function at optimum efficiency
1. Physical workouts: Do daily exercise for at least 30 minutes ( running, skipping, aerobics, dancing).
2. Discover the wonders of Yoga. Yoga is one effective exercise that energizes not only your body but also your soul. You may want to learn even the basic yoga positions that are not too complicated but proven effective. A five-minute yoga exercise can perk you up and recharge your body with the energy you lost for the whole day. You relax and at the same time you stretch!
3. Add vegetables, fruits, green salad on your diet chart.
4. Prefer more liquid and liquid food. Use juice, soup, and plenty of water (four to six liter per day).
5. Avoid excess eating of fried and spicy food.
6. Use vitamin c (natural resource like orange, apple, lemon) in your daily routine.
7. reduce stress:- think always positive thoughts, Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like, walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink clouds….then float on them.
8. Avoid excess sugar in tea and coffee.
9. Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts.
10. Deep sleep- Studies have revealed that deep sleep causes cell repair and cell growth, which will speed up the metabolism and burn calories. So aim to get at least eight hours sleep a night.
